Audio of 2008 Copyright Panel (1)

I could not hear the audio panel recording very well as some of the presenters spoke very quietly and I found myself turning the recording off. Is there a way to capture audio recordings better in these sessions or as David McQuillan suggested make detailled notes and upload them to this site?
